    LineMaster Training is held in TDWs state-of-the-art Technology Center in Tulsa, OK. A large classroom, hands-on training area and high-quality audiovisual equipment allow the latest training techniques to be taught easily and efficiently.

    Please wear casual clothes and steel-toed shoes. Hard hats, eye protection and ear protection will be provided.

    Each participant must cover any other expenses, such as hotel, meals, and transportation to and from Tulsa, etc. The preferred hotel, Best Western Tulsa Inn & Suites, offers a reduced rate of $72.     Pipeline Pigging Concepts and ApplicationsThis class covers why pigging is necessary and which pigs should be used. In addition, pipeline design for pigging will be taught, including launcher and receiver design. Pig launching, receiving, tracking and locating will be taught. Participants also learn about internal pipeline inspection with smart pigs. Observation of pigging processes will be held on TDWs exclusive test pipeline. An operator qualification test and an observation checklist are used for OQ requirements. This two-day class begins at 9 a.m. the first day and ends at 2:30 p.m. on the second day. The fee is $650 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160.

    Hot Tapping & Plugging for Low Pressure Distribution PipelinesHot tapping and plugging operating instructions, applications and maintenance are covered. Training is conducted on the T-101 Drilling Machine, T-203 Tapping Machine and 660 Tapping Machine, as well as SHORTSTOPP 60, SHORTSTOPP II and SHORTSTOPP 500 Plugging Machines. An operator qualification test and an observation checklist are used for OQ requirements. This class starts at 8 a.m. on scheduled day and concludes at noon on Friday. The fee is $950 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160. Students wanting OQ evaluations will stay through Friday. NOTE: Inexperienced students cannot be expected to pass an Operator Qualification Evaluation following this class.

Participants will receive in-depth train-ing on the use and maintenance of this equipment. This class begins at 8 a.m. on scheduled day and the following day and ends at 5 p.m. The fee is $600 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160.

    Hot Tapping & Plugging Job Planning and Fitting SelectionThis class is a complete how to for planning a Hot Tapping and Plugging job. Fitting selection, equipment require-ments, sealing element selection and completion are included. A summary of TDW fitting design principles is included. This two-day class meets from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The fee is $650 for each student.

    Pipeline Pigging Concepts and ApplicationsThis class covers why pigging is necessary and which pigs should be used. In addition, pipeline design for pigging will be taught, including launcher and receiver design. Pig launching, receiving, tracking and locating will be taught. Participants also learn about internal pipeline inspection with smart pigs. Observation of pigging processes will be held on TDWs exclusive test pipeline. An operator qualification test and an observation checklist are used for OQ requirements. This two-day class begins at 9 a.m. the first day and ends at 2:30 p.m. on the second day. The fee is $650 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160.

    Hot Tapping & Plugging for Low Pressure Distribution PipelinesHot tapping and plugging operating instructions, applications and maintenance are covered. Training is conducted on the T-101 Drilling Machine, T-203 Tapping Machine and 660 Tapping Machine, as well as SHORTSTOPP 60, SHORTSTOPP II and SHORTSTOPP 500 Plugging Machines. An operator qualification test and an observation checklist are used for OQ requirements. This class starts at 8 a.m. on scheduled day and concludes at noon on Friday. The fee is $950 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160. Students wanting OQ evaluations will stay through Friday. NOTE: Inexperienced students cannot be expected to pass an Operator Qualification Evaluation following this class.

    Hot Tapping & Plugging for High Pressure Transmission PipelinesHot tapping and plugging operating instructions, applications and maintenance are covered. Equipment training for T-101 Drilling Machines, 660 Tapping Machines and STOPPLE Plugging Machines is included. An operator quali-fication test and an observation checklist are used for OQ requirements. This class that begins at 8 a.m. on scheduled days and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The fee is $1,150 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160. Students wanting OQ evaluations will stay through Friday. NOTE: Inexperienced students cannot be expected to pass an Operator Qualification Evaluation following this class.

    T-101 Pipeline Drilling MachineThis special two-day class is devoted to the popular T-101 Drilling Machine. Participants will receive in-depth train-ing on the use and maintenance of this equipment. This class begins at 8 a.m. on scheduled day and the following day and ends at 5 p.m. The fee is $600 for each student. Operator Qualification testing and observations are available for an additional charge of $160.

    Hot Tapping & Plugging Job Planning and Fitting SelectionThis class is a complete how to for planning a Hot Tapping and Plugging job. Fitting selection, equipment require-ments, sealing element selection and completion are included. A summary of TDW fitting design principles is included. This two-day class meets from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The fee is $650 for each student.

    Mechanic Maintenance Training for Hot Tapping & Plugging EquipmentThis class covers preventive maintenance, routine inspection and minor repairs for the T-101 Drilling Machine, T-203 and 660/760 Tapping Machines, SANDWICH Valves, SHORTSTOPP II, SHORTSTOPP 500 and STOPPPLE Plugging Machines. Classes run from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. The fee is $950 for each student.
