Boomer Technology Circles are exclusive groups o leading rms that jointogether to examine current issues and address common concerns about themanagement o technology within an accounting rm. These rms continue their
partnerships throughout the year via The Boomer Knowledge Network - an onlinecommunity o accounting industry leaders sharing best practices and value-addedexperiences.
The ormat is unlike any other available to the accounting industry. Each Circlecomprises 15-20 comparably-sized rms rom dierent geographic areas othe country. Each member rm is represented by the partner or shareholderresponsible or technology strategy along with the chie IT proessional.
Currently about 110 rms participate in the Circles.
Firm Selection Criteria
Firms who meet the ollowing criteria will be considered or Circle membership:
Desire to improve business perormance through technologyView technology as a strategic asset, not an overhead expenseRepresent dierent geographic areas throughout the United States
Desire to take advantage o the Internet and the opportunities it providesHave a current technology plan and budgetDesire to improve themselves through relationships with other progressive rms

How many frms are in a Circle?
A Boomer Technology Circle is made up o 15 to 20 public accounting rmsgrouped together by size.
What i our competitors are involved in the program?
No competing rms participate in the same Circle.
How many Circles are currently meeting?
There are currently seven Circles, each o which meets three times per year inKansas City, Missouri. All Circle rms convene during the summer or the AllCircles Summit. (There are no meetings during the rst calendar quarter due tothe demands o tax season.)
How much time do members have to interact?
Each day and one-hal-long meeting has a set agenda with plenty o memberinteraction time.
How many people rom our frm should attend?
We request that two members o the rm attendideally a partner or shareholderwith infuence over the rms technology and an IT proessional. Partnerinvolvement is important because they have signicant infuence over a rmsvision and resources.

Circle membership is a two-way street. Both Boomer Consulting, Inc., as programsponsor, and member rms have responsibilities to uphold.
