    INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTES

Only regular season postponed games are made good. Stations will be notified in writing on new

    Procedures for CANCELLED games:

    1. Cardinals Radio Broadcasts cancelled for any reason before the On-Deck Show airs, the

KTRS producer will make an estimated 30 second announcement (see example below)

down the network at the On-Deck airtime. Then KTRS producer will trigger the End of

Broadcast Relay #6 following the announcement so your automation systems will

advance to your next programming eliminating any dead air.

Announcement Example: Todays (tonights) St. Louis Cardinals Baseball game

against the Houston Astros has been cancelled due to the weather in St. Louis (or

Houston). This is the St. Louis Cardinals Radio Network. Once again todays

(tonights) St Louis Cardinals Baseball game against the Houston Astros has been

cancelled due to the weather in St. Louis (or Houston). This is the St. Louis

    Cardinals Radio Network.

    2. If a Cardinals Radio Broadcast is cancelled during the game (after the pre-game shows

air) we will not air any post game shows. The announcers will advise of the

cancellation, wrap up the broadcast and the KTRS producer will trigger the end of

broadcast relay #6 following the announcers closing the game. Therefore, your

automation systems will advance to your next programming.
