Group Efficacy : a group shared belief that they can attain organizational outcomes

Group Efficacy levels seem to be a better predictor of group performance than the Sum of individual’s member self efficacy

Stressor : an environmental event that is perceived by an individual to be threatening

protensial side effects that may result from resolution process

TASK & RELATIONSHIP CONFLICT DLM INTRAGROUP

1. Task conflict akan memiliki efek fungsi pada saat relationship conflict nya rendah jika tinggi maka akan menyebabkan disfungsi effect. Manfaat dari task conflict pada level tertentu akan menghilang dengan meningkatnya relationship conflict.

2. Employee yang tidak terkena relationship conflict akan dapat melakuka stimulus anggota team yang lain melalui diksusi, ide baru, dan integrasi opini yang berbeda untuk meningkatkan pekerjaan,

3. Memberikan kesempatan orang untuk mengekspresikan idenya meningkatkan rasa keterlibatan dengan keputusan grup dan keinginan mereka untuk tetap berada dalam grup.

4. Organisasi memerlukan petunjuk praktis untuk mengelola intragrup conflict.

1. Sebelum perencanaan untuk melakukan intervensi harus diupayakan untuk memahami konflik yang akan muncul.

2. Manager harus melakukan diskusi terbuka terkait tugas tertentu untuk meningkatkan kualitas keputusan yang dapat diterima.

3. Manager harus melakukan upaya mitigasi sesegera mungkin jika terjadi relationship conflict.

4. Perhatian khusus harus dilakukan pada level conflict tertentu karena ada efek interaktif antara conflict dan reaksi affective (emosi) untuk menjaga efektifitas organisasi.
