• Verify correct user rights and calendar rights are assigned to new and returning staff

• Remove user id’s for terminated staff

Homebound vs. Part-Time Enrollments To be eligible for Homebound status,

student must have a medical note on file. Expelled students receiving instruction at

home should NOT be marked as Homebound. They should be enrolled as Part-time.

Students with an IEP indicating they should be homebound are NOT automatically considered Homebound. They must also have a medical note on file.

On-Line Learning

Full-time On-line Learning Student “open enrolls” to OLL district

Full-time On-line Learning Student remains enrolled in District 728 and

plans to graduate here, test here, etc. but does not take any classes here

Part-time On-line Learning Student takes some classes here and up to

50% of classes at an OLL district

On-Line Learning

On-line Learning students must be reported correctly as it could impact our state funding

Counselors, Counseling Secretaries, and the MARSS Coordinator must communicate through this entire process
