Housing Options• Manatee Suite: Includes four individual bedrooms and two

shared bathrooms

• Dolphin Suite: Includes two shared bedrooms and two bath-

rooms for four people

USF St. Petersburg opened its first student residence hall in 2006.

It offers 95 suites within its seven-story complex. The building is

right on campus, close to downtown cafes, entertainment venues,

museums, shopping and only two blocks from the water and parks

that line the Bayboro Harbor. To reserve your place in Residence

Hall One for the academic year, submit your housing pre-payment

of $225 with your housing application.
