IT WAS 27 YEARS AGO WHEN WE BUILT OUR FIRST CUSTOM 4-STROKE MOTOCROSS BIKE IN A JUNIOR HIGH SHOP CLASS. IT WAS

Made from 6061 Aluminum, this heat-treated, hand-built Perimeter Frame KitTM is

lighter and stronger than the stock frame. This frame kit is precision-crafted by

BBR’s top fabricators and once again raises the bar for quality and performance.

The computer-designed frame provides increased lateral stiffness which translates

into more precise tracking and improved cornering. High-strength aluminum

RT Combo exhaust system. The foundation of this system is the thin-wall

stainless tail section with 6061 T-6 aluminum can with billet mounting bracket

and signature BBR billet end cap. The large volume D-SectionTM provides

more tire clearance and greater packing volume. This system comes with

two thin-wall stainless steel headers: (1) the “R” header produces incredible

ReturnsBBR will gladly accept returned product providing

the item was purchased directly from BBR and

returned within 30 days from the date of the

original invoice. Customers must obtain a return-

authorization number (RA#) by calling BBR at

253-631-8233 prior to return shipping. All items

must be returned in the original package and

in new condition. A restocking fee of 20% will

apply. Returns sent COD will not be accepted.

No returns will be accepted on custom or special

products (frame kits, custom bikes, custom parts,

engine work, etc.)
