    $1.50 per ballast

    Replace magnetic or standard electronic ballasts

    to qualify Rebate is in addition to the amounts the customer

    receives for retrofitting T12 or T8 systems

    Can be any ballast factor

    Only one rebate per fixture will be paid Same ballast requirements as Super T8 systems

    Delamping $8 per fixture Available for T12, T12HO and T8 retrofits only

    (2-, 3- and 4-lamp systems may qualify)

    Rebates are based on the permanent removalof the equivalent of at least one 4' lamp from an8', 4' or 2' fixture as a result of a retrofit

    Performance criteria requirements have beenchanged for both high-bay T8 and T5HO rebates

    Total fluorescent fixture wattage =40,000
