2. Gently pull out on the side trim panel to releasethe panel clips around the glass. Fit the twobrackets from the left rear sunshade over the edgeof the left rear side trim panel. Align the rear edgeof the sunshade just past the edge of the seat beltcover.

3. Using a felt-tip pen, mark the left rear side trimthrough the center of each bracket hole. Removethe rear sunshade.

4. Center punch the marks you made in the left rearside trim panel and drill each mark with a 7 mm drillbit:

• Using adhesive tape, wrap the end of the drill bit5 mm from the tip.

• While wearing eye protection, drill a 7 mm holethrough each center-punched mark.

• Remove any burrs from the drilled holes.

5. Reinstall the left rear sunshade on the left rearside trim panel, and align the brackets from theleft rear sunshade with the holes you drilled.

6. Secure the two brackets from the left rearsunshade to the left rear side trim panel with thetwo rivets. Reinstall the left rear side trim panel.

7. Insert a 6 inch scale against the top of the rearwindow between the glass and the headliner untilthe scale contacts the top of the glass. Measure25 mm down from the top of the glass, and attachstrips of masking tape to the window in the areasshown.

8. Pull up the left rear sunshade. Align the twocutouts in the left rear sunshade with the twostrips of masking tape attached to the rearwindow. Using a felt-tip pen, mark the top of themasking tape at each side of cutout in the rearsunshade. Roll down the left rear sunshade.

10. Remove the adhesive backing from one of thebrackets and attach the bracket to the top of theright rear window between the marks on themasking tape. Install the other bracket the sameway. Remove the masking tape from the window.

11. Pull up the sunshade and hook the sunshade tothe brackets.

12. Snap the rear trim panel back into place.

9. Using isopropyl alcohol on a shop towel, clean theleft rear window above the marks you made on themasking tape.

16. Check that the marks are 32 mm away from theedge of the right side trim panel. Center punch themarks you made in the right rear side trim panel anddrill each mark with a 7 mm drill bit:

• Using adhesive tape, wrap the end of the drill bit5 mm from the tip.

• While wearing eye protection, drill a 7 mm holethrough each center-punched mark.

• Remove any burrs from the drilled holes.

13. Remove the right rear speaker cover (two clips,and three retaining tabs).

14. Gently pull out on the side trim panel to releasethe panel clips from the edge of the right side trimpanel. Fit the two brackets from the right rearsunshade over the edge of the rear side trimpanel. Align the rear edge of the sunshade 20 mmfrom the rear edge of the seat belt cover.

15. Using a felt-tip pen, mark the right rear side trimthrough the center of each bracket hole. Removethe rear sunshade.

18. Secure the rear sunshade to the rear trim panelusing two rivets from the kit, then snap the reartrim panel back into place.

19. Insert a 6 inch scale against the top of the rearwindow between the glass and the headliner untilthe scale contacts the top of the glass. Measure25 mm down from the top of the glass, and attachstrip of masking tape to the window in the areasshown.

17. Reattach the rear sunshade on the side trim panel,and align the brackets over the drilled holes in thetrim panel.

20. Pull up the rear sunshade until the cutouts in thesunshade reach the masking tape. Using a felt-tippen, mark the top of the masking tape at eachside of each cutout. Roll down the rear sunshade.

21. Using isopropyl alcohol on a shop towel, clean theright rear window above the marks you made onthe masking tape.

22. Remove the adhesive backing from one of thebrackets and attach the bracket to the top of theright rear window between the marks on themasking tape. Install the other bracket the sameway. Remove the masking tape from the window.

23. Pull up the sunshade and hook the sunshade tothe brackets.
