Programmatic Core Competencies
2005-2006
PROGRAM REPORTS Prepared
August 2006
Program Core Competency Surveys
Purpose of the Surveys: The purpose of these surveys is to gather student perceptions in two areas:
(1) their own growth within each program’s Core Competencies, and
(2) SCC’s perceived contribution to that growth.
Methodology: A survey of student perceptions for each program’s Core Competencies was developed in-house and distributed to all
potential 2005-2006 graduates attending Graduation Express activities at the end of each semester.

to a particular item is
listed in parenthesis
under the item’s mean
score.
