Remove the rubber seal and clamp from the air boxinlet.

Now, continue to remove the entire air box cleanerfrom the engine compartment.

Loosen the throttle body clamp that holds the airintake duct to the throttle body.

Loosen the clamp located on the air box cleaner inletthen pull the mass air flow sensor out of the air box.

Remove the electrical harness clip from the mass airflow sensor.

Unscrew and remove the third screw from the air boxleg located to the back of the air box cleaner.

The assembled Power-box is now lowered into theengine compartment and aligned to the vibra-mountsstuds.

The second 65mm screw is now fastened into thepower-box nuts.

The 4” straight hose is pressed over the velocity stack, use two power-bands and fasten the clamp located onthe velocity stack.

The second 65mm screw is now removed from thevelocity stack base.

The bracket tabs are now aligned to the power-boxholes.

Take the two m6 vibra-mounts and line them up to theair box mounting pre-tapped holes.

Use an allen wrench to remove the two 65mm screwsfrom the velocity stock base. This is where thePower-box bracket will be placed.

The m6 vibra-mounts are now installed.

Use the fender washer and m6 flange nut to secure thepower box bracket to the vibra-mount studs.

The Power box bracket is now sitting flush over thevibra-mount studs.

The bracket is now installed to the Power-box.

Take the rubber seal removed from the stock air box.Press the rubber seal over the slotted ring located onthe cast intake.

Press the 4 1/4” end of the step hose over the inletside of the cast intake.

Once the step hose has been placed over the cast intake, continue to tightenthe clamp.

Lower the cast intake into the engine compartment. Press the end with the rub-ber seal over the throttle body and align the other end to the Power-box.

Insert the mass air flow sensor into the 4” straight hose located on the Power-box. The mass air flow sensor is directional, be sure to inserted it with thehoney comb facing the Power-box.

The mass air flow sensor is now installed and facing in the correct direction.

align and adjust the entire cast intake, once you have adjusted the intake forbest possible fit, continue to tighten all nuts, bolts and clamps.

The step hose is pressed over the mass air flow sensor and adjusted for best fit.

Locate the electrical sensor harness and press it over the mass air flow sensor.

Install the engine cover back to its original location and tighten the nut thatholds the cover in place.

The electrical harness is pressed over the sensor until it snaps in place.

The engine cover is now installed.

You have purchased the Worlds first tuned intake system available anywhere. The Power-Flow intake system featuresInjen’s patent pending MR Technology used to tune the intake and Power-Flow box. With Power-Flow, calibrating ofthe MAF sensor is not required because the intake system comes tuned for use. Use only Injen replacement filters. The use of any other filter will change the air/fuel ratio that can cause damage to your engine.

Page 5 of Part# PF7062

Again, position the cast intake for best possible fit. Once you have cleared theintake from all possible objects, continue to tighten all nuts, bolts and clamps.

Periodically, check the fitment of your intake for possible shifting. Failure tocheck the fitment of the intake may cause damage to the intake and void war-ranty of the intake.

Assembly and disassembly instructions for the Power Box for the purpose of cleaning screens and filter.

Here are the four-m6 x 20mm bolts that will beremoved from the velocity stack base located onthe corners of the base

Unbolt the four- m6 x 20mm screws from thevelocity stack base located to the center of the baseNow separate the base from the velocity stack.

The four m6 x m20 bolts have been removed fromthe top of the velocity stack,

Pull the velocity stack base with the filter that isattached to the velocity stack.

The velocity stack with filter is now out of thepower box body.

Loosen the clamp on the filter neck in order to sep-arate the filter from the velocity stack.

Once you have loosened the filter neck clamp, con-tinue to pull the filter from the velocity stack,

The rectangular pre-filter screen is now slipped outof the channel along the body of the power box.

Here is a group shot of the components that goesinto the power-box. The filter and screens can nowbe cleaned with a simple shop-vac.

1. Upon completion of the installation, reconnect the negative battery terminal before you start the engine. 2. Align the entire intake system for the best possible fit. Once the intake has been properly fitted continue

to tighten all nuts, bolts and clamps.3. Periodically, recheck the alignment of the intake system and make sure there is proper clearance around

and along the length of the intake. Failure to follow proper maintenance procedures may causedamage to the intake and will void the warranty.

4. Start the engine and listen carefully for any odd noises, rattles and/or air leaks prior to taking it for a testdrive. If any problems arise go back and check the vacuum lines, hoses and clamps that maybe causingleaks or rattles and correct the problem.

5. Check the filter for excessive dirt build up. Clean or replace the filter with an original Injen filter (can be bought on-line at “injenonline.com”). Congratulations! You have just completed the installation of the best intake system sold on the market. Enjoy the added power and performance of your new intake system.
