Forward is a gorgeous guest VIP suite with centerline queen berth, a starboard hanging locker and plenty of

drawer storage. Port is the guest head with separate stall shower. Across to starboard is a second guest state-

room with side-by-side twin berths and double hanging locker. In the companionway is the laundry center with

Asko washer and dryer. Midship, full beam master suite with an island king berth with custom innerspring mat-

tress, two large portside hanging lockers, a double starboard hanging locker, built-in three drawer night stands,

built-in chest of drawers, and under berth drawer storage. Features a built in entertainment center. An ensuite

head with separate stall shower and separate toilet is to starboard. All hanging lockers throughout are Cedar

lined.

From the lower stateroom level are portside curving stairs leading up to the ship's pilothouse with a profession-

ally laid out centerline helm with Stidd helm seat, port and starboard sliding doors, a beautiful curved U-shape,

raised settee with a custom foldout maple table. Behind the portside sliding door are stairs leading up to the ex-

pansive flybridge/boat deck. This area is set up for easy casual entertaining. The large enclosed flybridge has

complete navigational instruments. There is a portside curved settee and a starboard bench settee with table.

The enclosure features a fiberglass hardtop with an "EZ2CY" bonded panel enclosure. Aft of the enclosed por-

tion is the open air boat deck with a built-in BBQ, refrigerator, lounging area and a starboard L settee and table

with seating for eight. Aft of this area is the yacht's tender and davit.

Accommodations

From the pilothouse down three steps is the large, light, airy U-shape galley with all electric appliances. Coun-

tertops are Avonite Marble. All cabinetry is custom featuring slide out pantry shelves, lazy Susan corners, ad-

justable shelving, fiddled silverware, china and glassware storage, a dry bar and separate crystal storage. The

galley is open to the gorgeous saloon that features a custom sofa and end table to starboard, two upholstered

barrel swivel chairs on either side of a portside built-in entertainment center with an electric hoist raiseable TV.

There is also a custom glass-top table with storage ottoman below. The professionally decorated interior fea-

tures light woods, wall coverings, and Maple cabinetry. Galley and head floors are planked Maple. All lighting is

custom. From the salon through double glass/stainless doors is the large cockpit with port and starboard side

deck access and swim step access through a transom gate. There are port and starboard side deck gates.
