2000 - 2019 Harvard Medical School

Massachusetts General HospitalChild Neurology Residents

The Child Neurology program is driven to train future leaders in the field with expertise in clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as to provide opportunities to pursue innovative research and explore novel career paths in science and discovery. Our residents are offered a wealth of resources and opportunities for clinical and research mentorship. Our faculty consists of clinicians, basic scientists, and translational researchers with a breadth of national and international expertise. Our faculty and department are committed to teaching and pride themselves in the past and future successes of our graduates.

M A S S A C H U S E T T S G E N E R A L H O S P I TA L

Established in 1811 by some of America’s founding fathers and most respected physicians, Massachusetts General Hospital is the third oldest general hospital in the United States and the oldest in New England. It is the first and largest teaching hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School. In addition, MGH operates the largest hospital-based research program in the United States. The hospital’s mission — to understand disease, to teach the art and science of medicine, and to improve the care of patients — has remained constant throughout its history. MGH is a founding member of Partners HealthCare System, Inc.

H A R V A R D M E D I C A L S C H O O L

Established in 1782, Harvard Medical School began with a handful of students and a faculty of three. The first classes were held in Harvard Hall in Cambridge, long before the school’s iconic quadrangle was built in Boston. With each passing decade, the school’s faculty and trainees amassed knowledge and influence, shaping medicine in the United States and beyond. Some community members -and their accomplishments- have assumed the status of legend. Today, the School continues to enhance its curriculum to meet the needs of 21st century medicine by integrating clinical and basic science across the curriculum, developing new models for clinical education and engaging students in an in-depth scholarly experience.
