DRINK LISTS SIGNATURE COCKTAILS (CREATED BY SALIM KHOURY) The famous American Bar at The Savoy in London opened its doors in 1893. 110 years later, Salim Khoury became only it’s 10th Head Barman. Joining the American Bar in 1969, he worked there for 34 years before finally reaching his lifetime goal. Salim became famous when he won the UK Bartender of the Year competition in 1992 with his tribute to Princess Diana by creating his cocktail “Blushing Monarch”. To commemorate his association with The Nai Harn, he has created some of the below signature cocktails for our guests. Frosé 370In a �rst for Phuket, The Nai Harn is debuting its own version of the refreshing summer favourite, Frosé.Its key ingredient is rosé wine, frozen then mixed with fresh strawberries, and a few secret ingredients to create and icy drink.

Piemontese Fresco 370Made with Marchesi di Barolo Zagara Moscato d’Asti. Moscato d’Asti is a sparkling white wine produced in the Piedmont region of north-west Italy. The wine is sweet and low in alcohol. You taste brilliant peach and pear, remarkably refreshing… especially when served on the rocks with lime and mint.

Classic Champagne Cocktail 1,200 The original champagne cocktail created during pre-prohibition era. It gets sweeter as you reach the bottom. A delicious mixture of sugar, Angostura bitters and Brandy, top up with Champagne.
