You have purchased the Group Therapy™ Bench Anchor front gun rest. You can use the front rest stand as a pistol rest or as the front rest with shooting bags, like the Group Therapy™ Shooting Bags.

1. Remove contents from box.2. The “Front Adjustment Screws”, the “Adjustment Locking Nuts” and the “Front Support” are pre-assembled.3. Take “Adjustment Wheel” and thread onto “Main Elevation Adjustment Post.”4. Insert post into the “Front Support.” Make sure to place the “Nylon Washer” over post before inserting into “Front Support.” “Nylon Washer” should be in between “Adjustment Wheel” and “Front Support.”5. Screw “Elevation Locking Screw” into hole on the “Front Support.”6. Start “Platform Lock Screw” into “Bag Platform.”7. Place “Bag Platform” over the top of the “Main Elevation Adjustment Post.”8. Thread a “Locking Nut” onto the two “Rear Adjustment Screws.”9. Take a “Rear Adjustment Screw” and it to the last hole on the “Front Support.” (Only the holes on the Rear Support is threaded.)10. Rotate “Bag Platform” so platform is perpendicular to “Rear Support.”11. Install the included “Front Rest Bag” on “Bag Platform.”12. Install “Front and Rear Adjustment Screw Protective Covers” if so desired. These will help protect surface of shooting bench.13. Using the “Front Adjustment Screws” and the “Rear Adjustment Screws” level the rest.
