Periodical meetings on Water/Land multimodality

The aim of the activity:to sensitize the policy makers of the area involved in the definition of the priorities and strategies for the promotion of the water/land multimodal transport on the opportunity to coordinate their action at transnational level.

- Periodical meetings will be promoted with the relevant local and national institutions to exchange information on logistics and multimodality.

- Each partner has to organise at least 2 national meetings

- Guidelines have been provided from the activitiy leader Luka Koper with the aim of an standardised approach to all meetings.

The result:

- All partners have organised / participated to the meetings (at least one) on a national level.

- Watermode project has been presented in all meetings.

- First national meetings have presented the project and its activities + different topics on inter/multi modality,

- Second national meetings have presented the results of the census, feasibility studies, MULTILOG network

- Participants to the meetings: public stakeholders from national authorities, private logistics/ transport companies, multimodal operators

- Watermode dissemination materials (pens, leaflets, brochures) have been distributed
