    The NEBOSH Certicate is the most widely recognised qualication for Managers, Supervisors and personnel accountable for health and safety responsibilities. It offers an excellent grounding in the essentials of health and safety. For employees who want to develop a career in health and safety, the Certicate is the rst step and the key foundation for higher professional qualications.

    It comprises 3 units: Unit 1 Management of Health and Safety, the core unit for all the NEBOSH qualications that can be added to with the NEBOSH Fire Certicate units 2 and 3 and/or Construction Certicate Units 2 and 3. Unit 2 is Controlling Workplace Hazards and Unit 3 is a practical assessment.

    NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certicate

    The Fire Certicate has been designed for Managers, Supervisors and personnel responsible for re safety. The course aims to equip holders to contribute to the conduct and review of re risk assessments and re preventive and protective measures within most workplaces. It covers the legal requirements, the principles of re and explosion, causes and prevention of res and re protection.

    This Certicate is split into 3 units: NEBOSH Management of Health & Safety (Unit1 of the NGC) and this course: Unit 2 Fire Safety and Risk Management and Unit 3 Practical Fire Risk Assessment.

    Delegates will need to have successfully completed Unit 1 of the NGC in the last 5 years before starting this or alternatively can attend Unit 1 with Santia. Please refer to the dates of Unit 1 of the NGC on pages 18 - 20.

    Asbestos Awareness day

    This course is aimed primarily at those in the maintenance and construction industry providing delegates with an awareness of managing asbestos in buildings as required under Regulation 10 Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006.

    Non-Licensed Asbestos Contractor day - 3 days
