More than 100 years of expertise…
Creation of the company with our
emblematic ultra concentrated drink
called ANTESITE (liquorices)
Beginning of the industrialization by
opening our first factory in Voiron,
south of France.
In the early 20’s, full marketing
activities are integrated in internal
organization with our own advertising
agency (direct mailing, live testing..)
Starting exporting our products to
North Africa where summer is very
hot!
All our range of ANTESITE is
reviewed with new design and new
labels
Appearing for the first time in Retail
network in France and promoting
worldwide events (Paris Dakar..)
Buying a new Aromatic factory in
Nancy (NOIROT). A new era is
coming..
100 years!! That’s the time for
celebration, but also for changing all
our marketing and design
orientations by creating new ranges.
In 2010, the new General Manager
Adrien Mollard rules the operations
and launches a new range of
products with new natural flavors for
Antésite.
A new mixed name is given to the
group: Antésite-Noirot. A new start
for our export operations..

FACTORY TYPE
All our products are shaped, formed and produced in our factories in South of
France (Lyon-Voiron) and East of France (Nancy). Meaning we have the full control
from scratch for a better industrialization, commercial & marketing development for
the satisfaction of our clients and customers (increasing the volume of sales, owned
branding and labels, nature of the ingredients, new flavors on demand…).
In 2013 we have invested € 2 million in a new production line for a full change and
adaptation to worldwide market expansion.
NUMBER OF STAFF
Today, our factory has more than 40 full time staff. These numbers are increasing
when summer’s coming facing big volumes of sales. Our wines are very trendy during
summer.
Furthermore, our commercial network for selling is based on Commercial Agencies.
We are today linked with 18 Commercial Agencies in France, acting to represent our
products within the large retail business in France, China, Canada & North Africa.

KEY FIGURES
- Flavored Wine is a new trend beverage category appearing in France during summer
2011.
- A very tasty, affordable and convenient everyday beverage.
- It’s delicious, refreshing and habit forming.
- It has started on a very high demand level and according to Symphony IRI (survey), the
market has sold 2.5 millions of bottles in only 1 month during October 2011.
- At the end of 2011, 8 millions bottles has been sold.
- King of the Flavored Wine markets = the « Rosé grapefruit », a best seller with 70%
market share
- Sales for “Rosé Grapefruit” are growing 50% every month
- The “Flavored Wine “Rosé” = 80% of the total market (rosé, white & red)
- Other blockbusters are White Flavored Wine (peach, sangria, pinacolada..) and other
