INTRODUCTIONWELCOME TO MY TOP 6 COMMUNITY CLEANSE RECIPE BOOK!

I have gathered my 6 most popular recipes from Community Cleanse to give you a taste of what CC is all about!

Community Cleanse originally began with my own private cleanse ritual. I have always cleansed twice each year for a month and loved the way my health and Mojo felt as a result. My private clients started asking me about my Cleanse and the word quickly spread. Soon there was a buzzing online community all cleansing together and from there it has grown to incorporate members from all over the world!

Community Cleanse (lovingly called CC) is the time to get your gut and adrenal health back on track, to take stock of your nutritional template and get your Mojo back! Basic—all the inclusions listed above

Then we have the “Super Fast Track” option which provides a higher level of intensity for incredible results!

SMASHED AVOCADO ON TOAST

½–1 avocado | ½ lemon, juiced | Pinch of ground cumin

Pinch of chilli powder (optional) | 1 tbsp. of sheep’s milk feta (optional)

2× pieces of gluten free toast/buckwheat bread

I n s t r u c t i o n s

In a bowl, roughly mash avo with lemon juice, cumin, chilli powder (optional), sheep’s milk feta (optional) and served on top of GF toast. I like to squeeze a little extra juice over the top and some fresh black pepper.

ZUCCHINI SLICE AND BEETROOT SALAD 600g zucchini, grated | 100g sheep’s milk fetta | ¼ cup chopped flat leaf parsley

1tbsp chopped fresh dill leaves | 1tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves

4x large organic eggs | Salt & pepper | 50g dried gluten free breadcrumbs

100g gluten free self-raising flour | 8 cherry tomatoes

I n s t r u c t i o n s

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the base and sides of a 27×17×3 deep baking dish with non-stick baking paper. In a bowl add the grated zucchini, sheep’s milk fetta, herbs and mix well. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper, add to the zucchini mix. Carefully fold in the flour and breadcrumbs into the mix and pour into the baking dish. Smooth over the top. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and press onto the top. Bake in the oven for 20–30 min until firm. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve with a beetroot salad.

SUPERFOOD SALAD1× cup of cooked quinoa | 2× cups of salad leaves (spinach, rocket, cos lettuce)

1× spring onion, finely sliced | ¼ cup Goji berries

¼ cup of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pinenuts)

Handful of parsley, finely chopped | 1× clove of garlic, crushed | ½ zest of lemon

½ juice of lemon | 1tsp miso paste

½ cup water (may need more if dressing is too thick)

I n s t r u c t i o n s

Place garlic, lemon juice & zest, miso paste, water, mixed nuts in a blender and blitz until smooth. In a large bowl combine cooked quinoa, salad leaves, spring onions, parsley, nuts, Goji berries and mix through dressing.

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP2 litres organic chicken stock (homemade if possible)

500g chicken fillet or thighs, skin removed & finely sliced

Fresh ginger, finely grated (about 2–3 tsp.) | ½ chilli, finely sliced (optional)

4 kaffir lime leaves | 2–3 tsp. gluten free tamari

2× bunches Asian greens (bok choy or choy sum), wash thoroughly and separate the leaves

1× cup sugar snap peas or snow peas, cut into 2–3cm pieces | ½ bean sprouts

200g rice noodles | ¼ lime (optional)

I n s t r u c t i o n s

In a large saucepan, add the stock, kaffir lime leaves and ginger, bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, add chicken pieces and simmer for 5 minutes. Add bok choy, rice noodles (broken in half if you want smaller noodles) and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and sugar snap peas/snow peas just before serving. Turn heat off, take kaffir lime leaves out and stir through tamari. Serve and garnish with fresh coriander.

TOXIN REMOVING PESTOin a blender combine, 2 cloves garlic, ½ cup brazil nuts, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, 2 cups coriander, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, ½ cup EVOO and 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes.

CLEANSE NIGHT CAP1 cups almond milk | ½ tsp. organic powdered turmeric | pinch of ground ginger

cinnamon stick | pinch of black pepper

Bring to boil and simmer gently for 5mins. Strain and enjoy!
