2. iir dre Specialist, Cla-s I, R.ecruiirnr:nt Rules, 2008 (Lrereinafter refbired trl as" the sairl rules " ) in rule 4, -

(i).iu sub-clause (i) of clause (c) after the words " Tnlst Hospital ", tlle word "or"shall be inserted ;

(ii) in sub-clause (ii) ofl ;lause (c) after the words "Dental council o{'India " , thewords "or a degree of )iplomate of National Board awarded by the NatiorralBoard of Examinations " shallbe acldecl :

(iii) in clause (e) after ttre existing proviso the follos/iug proviso shrrll be adcled,namell' :-

" Provided further that nothing contained in clause (b) of sub rule (9) of rule Bof the Gujarat Civil services Classification and Recriutrnent ( General ) Rules ,1957 sliall be applicable in so frrr as relaxation of upper age limit zrs prescribedabove is concernerl . "
