We are a real estate company based in Pune. We are

driven by our core philosophy of thoughtfulness which

is visible in all aspects of our work, be it the design, the

preservation of our ecosystem, usage of building materials

or just delivering customers a unique experience and

“best in class quality” homes.

We are currently in the process of developing more than

five million square feet over the next three years. Our

projects are on Paud Road and are within a distance of 10

minutes from Chandani Chowk in Kothrud. Our ongoing

projects are all located in western Pune and are in very

close proximity to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, the

proposed Pune Ring Road and the Pune Metro.

We have a wide portfolio of products ranging from

apartments to villas and forest homes. We are also

experienced in the hospitality industry. We believe

we have something to offer to everyone: thoughtfully

designed homes and spaces.

About the PWC

About SKYi

As the city expands towards the western side of Pune, so

should the facilities and services to make the area a go-to

destination for all Punekars. The Poona Western Club (the

PWC) is the answer to this demand.

The PWC is a privately-owned club developed by Enerrgia

SKYi Developers. The club was conceptualized and brought

into being when the developers felt the need for better

amenities, sports facilities and family entertainment spaces

on the western side of Pune, Chandani Chowk onwards in

particular.

The PWC is run and managed by an independent hospitality

wing of the Enerrgia SKYi Developers and by a young and

passionate team of individuals who wish to bring a change

in the way people engage and interact with sport, art and

business. We intend to constitute various committees of

members to curate the offerings of the club. It is our endeavor

at the club to make it not only a service but a privilege for our

members and an experience for everybody who visits us.

It takes time to learn something new. An amateur artist must spend some dedicated time honing his or her skills.The Club aspires to create a dedicated artist residency where students

can stay at affordable rates, is clean and comfortable and is supported by

a student canteen. Students can easily sign up to short and long duration

Our aim at the PWC is to create a relaxed and supportive environment, a perfect place to unwind after a workout, chat with other members and friends and make it their second home.

facilities, rest rooms, steam rooms and lockers. For the convenience

and safety of our members, entry to the club is only allowed with

Biometric Security system so only members can access the club’s

amenities with biometric scan. The PWC also has ample free parking

with disability friendly access.

For all the students who wish to spend dedicated time honing their

sport skills, we will have a comfortable and affordable hostel facility

available on our campus. The student hostel can be used by all

students coming from outside Pune and within Pune during sports

camps, bootcamps, personal training etc.

Experience Windsurfing, a surface water sport that combines

elements of surfing and sailing. A thrilling experience and

Terms & Conditions

The applicant has seen and inspected the Club premises and facilities and is aware of the present status of the Club premises and facilities.

Club facilities will be completed in a phased manner. Phase 1 of the club is completed. Phase 2 includes swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Phase 3 includes guest rooms and business facilities which will be completed later.

Images of the Club premises and facilities as shown in the Brochure and/or on the website or any marketing document are artist impressions and/or stock images.

The applicant must go through an application and screening process in order to become a member of the PWC.

An applicant will be signing and submitting the PWC Application form on his/her own will and no solicitation will be made from the Club or its Owner.

The PWC and its ‘Screening Committee’ has the sole right and discretion to accept or reject an application made by an applicant seeking membership to the Club. In the event of rejection of the application, the applicant has no remedy against the Club and/or shall not receive any compensation.

The details of the Club fees/charges are as mentioned in the application form.

The Club reserves the rights to change or modify the fees/rates at any time without prior notice.

The Terms & Conditions of the Club signed by the Club and by the applicant on becoming a member of the club are legally binding on both the parties.

The Club’s rules & regulations are also legally binding on the applicant on becoming a ‘Member’.

Sexual harassment or abusive behaviour shall lead to serious consequences including termination of membership.

Members shall use the Club facilities or participate in the Club activities on their own risk. The Club shall not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to the Member or loss to his/her belongings.

The Club is fully permitted to be engaged in commercial activities on its premises.

The Owner has the right to engage any operator he/she wishes to appoint, to run the Club.

The Operator has the right to engage any company/LLP/agency to operate and manage the various Club activities.

The member understands that the Club facilities will be stopped in case the Owner suffers financial losses.

The Owner has the sole right to decide utilization of revenue generated from the Club operations.

The Owner shall not be responsible and shall not take any responsibility for the behaviour of the other members or employees of the Owner or third party service providers.

The Food & Beverage operator shall decide the prices and the menu of the Club restaurant, café and bar. Prices and menu of the food and beverages can be changed without prior notice.
