This report displays each item on the test and shows how each AYP sub-group fared on that item. This report is available only through the Report Engine.

Distractor AnalysisThis report shows how every student in the scope of the criteria responded to every question on the test and whether or not their response was correct. A grey square displayed would indicate that the student skipped that question. This report is particularly helpful in determining which students need remediation in a particular area. It will also alert you to common misconceptions the class may have. This report is available through both the Teacher and Administrator Portals and the Report Engine.

Item Analysis

This report shows how a student, class, teacher, school and district performed on each item on the test. This allows a teacher to see how the student’s performance compares to his peer’s. The details section of the report (accessed by clicking the legend block) will show each level’s answer choices. This is particularly important information for determining common misconceptions. This report is available in both the Teacher and Administrator Portal as well as the Report Engine.

Proficiency Report

This report will quickly show you the percentage proficient for each of the AYP subgroups you are tracking. Proficiency is calculated by combining the levels at and above the district setting for mastery. The power of this report is the calculation is automatic and you can display proficiency rates and/or average scores. You can exclude groups that fall below the minimum number needed to count towards AYP and you can narrow the scope to include a particular domain tested. This report is available through both the Teacher and Administrator Portals and the Report Engine.

This report gives an administrator all of the big picture information he or she could want. Think of this as a scoreboard. Raw score, Percent score, Number of students that comprise that statistic, Percent of Group, Cumulative Percentage and the Percentile Ranking display. This report allows the user to easily identify those students who are close to making the mark, or close to not making the mark , so they can be targeted for additional instruction in their areas of weakness. Score Analysis

Standard Analysis

This report shows each standard on the test and the percentage of correct responses to questions written against those standards. This report allows teachers to identify which concepts their students are struggling with the most. In a Pre-test or Benchmark 1 scenario this information is vital in helping to prepare a teacher’s lesson plans, as it will quickly tell you where to spend your valuable instruction time. This report is available through both the Teacher and Administrator Portals and the Report Engine.

This report shows how each AYP sub-group performed on each standard assessed on the test. It provides a quick and comprehensive view of every group and every standard allowing for easy identification of problem areas. This report is available only through the Report Engine.

This report shows how each AYP sub-group performed on each standard assessed on the test. It collects the scores of each group under the standard so that a quick assessment of the percentage of each group’s success or lack there of is easily determined. The standard text is here for a quick reminder of the standard evaluated. This report is available only through the Report Engine.

Test Summary

This report allows for the test results to be sent home to parents without the test questions leaving the building. Since the same test questions, quite possibly, will be used again next year this preserves the integrity of the items on the test. Parents still get the score and can easily identify which items were missed and have the added benefit of know the concept behind the question. This report is available from both the Teacher and Administrator Portals and the Report Engine.
