From prototype I to prototype II

Old and new Snowmaker

• Both prototypes use the same main principles to produce nature-identical snow• the ice crystals are brushed off the nylon cords instead of vibration motor• Some components were transferred from old to new Snowmaker

Higher reproducibility of the snow cristal size Higher amount of snow production High flexiblity because of modules on wheels (e.g. defrosting) Compacter device

Advantages

There is no CE certification for this machine

All parts which belong to the main frame of the Snowmaker are composed with the aluminum profile system from item Schweiz.

We made the construction (we defined the all dimensions) in CAD … BUT NOT how the single elements are connected. This was done by item company
