Nowadays, The brain development in Thai children decreases continuously. According to The O-net score, it decreases every year and the average score is lower than the standard.

IQ means the ability of intelligence. We can increase IQ by playing logic games. Sudoku is one of them that is able to develop brain.

There should be the proper period that the brain development rate is maximum.

Introduction

If we know when the brain growth rate is maximum, we can find the way to develop it within the time.

So, we are interested to do project about proper period that the brain development rate is maximum.

Introduction

Materials & Methods 1. Select the volunteers and ask them

to play Sudoku after meditation for standard time. Compare the time of volunteers for find people have ability to solving Sudoku that similar. Ability of solving Sudoku game is time is spent to solving the Sudoku if time is spent to solving it short show that high ability.

2. Let people who are selected play the Sudoku in the different periods which we set such as after wake up, after shower, after study and after eat meal time. 3. Compare that time with standard time by use the F-test and T-test. We know that the time periods that has maximum brain growth rate.

From the above table, It show the statistic analysis of the standard time and after study time. By considering P(F<=f) in f-test , it show P>0.05. So, we accept that “there are no difference between the variances of the two simples.”. Therefore, T-test with equal variances was chosen. By considering P (T<=t) two-tail, it show P>0.05. So, we accept null hypothesis for t-test that is no difference between the means of standard time and after study time.

From the above table, It show the statistic analysis of the standard time after eat meal time. By considering P(F<=f) in f-test , it show P>0.05. So, we accept that “there are no difference between the variances of the two simples.”. Therefore, T-test with unequal variances was chosen. By considering P (T<=t) two-tail, it show P>=0.05. Conclude & Discussion According to the result, there is

no different of time to do Sudoku between after study time and after eat time meal with standard time. But there is different of time to do Sudoku between standard time with after bath time and after wake up time.

From the result, you can see that time to do Sudoku after bath time and after wake up

Conclude & Discussion After wake up time brain works

the best because the rest of the brain for bed time (Mullika, 2004).
