It's ridiculous and disgraceful and ILLEGAL that Kenyouth Lucien Henry, who is NOT the Next of Kin for Jensey Selwyn Henry, was at the Royal Alex Hospital on April 18, 2008 talking with Dr. Francescutti(?) and Maureen Duggan( My dad's Psychologist) yet We as Jensey Selwyn Henry's Family did not receive the information until October 7, 2008. When my Mother Merle Henry and I had asked "WHO" was the Doctor that spoke with my dad NO ONE had an answer. The Whole time Kenyouth Lucien Henry was up in the Royal Alexandra Hospital and did not tell ANYONE. When he dropped dad off he didn't tell us he was at the Royal Alex the Night before and we could not get any information as to Who he saw. WHat is also interesting is that the Royal Alexandra Hospital did not even have the integrity or professionalism to contact Next of Kin ,Merle Henry, who is the Trustee and Heir to Kenyouth Lucien Henry's estate. Now WHY on earth when the Royal Alexandra Hospital Chart says who the next of kin, would a Doctor and a Psychologist allow someone who is NOT the next of kin to speak, and take their word over the legal next of kin and wife, regarding someone's health issue and violate standard Hospital Practice and the Privacy Act? What the Hell were they thinking? I guess this is Why it took 6months for us to get an answer from someone.
