Dear CustomersWe are all very excited to present you our latest newsletter with an overview of our engineering and manufacturing potential, our experience and our plans for the future.In recent years, in spite of the turmoil in the global economy, especialy in the European one we have managed to remain competitive, enhanced our global market position and prepared our infrastructure for the further dynamic growth.We opened a new section of our plant in Małkowo in May 2015 and gained an additional over 2500 sq. m manufacturing space with state-of-the-art. infrastructure including a gantry crane with a 140 t lifting capacity and 1000 sq. m modern office space.

The MarketAs always, we remain focused on the design, manufacturing and servicing of oil, fuel and gas systems hydraulic drives and control units. Our systems are dedicated to gas and steam turbines, generators, compressors and other industrial turbomachinery equipment.We offer most comprehensive service: from techical consultation, through system design, manufacturing, tests, warranty and post-warranty maintenance & service.

Sales GrowthOver the last 4 years, Rockfin has enjoyed an over two-fold sales growth, including an over 60 percent increase year-over-year one in 2014. We have delivered many unique and complex projects to our customers. Many of the projects posed tremendous challenge both from the manufacturing and logistics point of view. However we were able to meet and exceed the customers’ highest expectations and passed the ultimate test of gaining client’s trust with flying colors.

Human CapitalPeople are our greatest asset. We have significantly increased our staff level year over year. Our workforce consists of industry-veteran employees with over 30 years of professional experience complemented by dynamic young engineers and technical university graduates. The combination of our senior specialists’ experience with the energy of young fast learners ensures that we remain on the leading edge of the technological path and can meet the strictest and most complex requirements of our customers, for now and in the future.

Our futureIn order to secure the funds necessary to further grow our company, we signed an agreement with a strategic partner and inwestor, the Tar Heel Capital II investment fund, in mid-2013. This investment proved to be the vital component for our dynamic development in manufacturing of products that require highly specialized know-how and unique combination of production and engineering capabilities. Moreover our new investor’s financial commitment has been a key element to reinforce our financial stablity.I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who contributed to our joint success by helping Rockfin to achieve its results to date and wish that we continue our further plans and development prospects together. Over the past 10 years Rockfin has produced more than 300 auxiliary systems for reputable GT OEMs. Our biggest success was delivering 57t auxiliary module for the Bouchain project in France which was designed , produced, assembled and tested by Rockfin.Rockfin’s facilities have the capacity for the cold commisioning and factory testing of 50 and 60Hz equipment.

Rockfin is able to manufacture, test and service the most complex and sensitive auxiliary systems for H2 and water cooled generators in line with various world standard, including PED, ASME with or without U-STAMP or NB, DOSH, ATEX, NEMA, NEC, etc. This makes Rockfin a flexible partner recognized all over the world. The Flamanville III Auxiliares were the largest we have produced so far (1750 MW Generator).

Rockfin’s vision and capabilities go far beyond the classical packaging concept according to the customers’ design specifications. Today we build complete skids mechanically and electrically by ourselves and take over major

responsibilities for the design from our clients. Design to cost is our daily business, so we have all the necessary tools and rely on our engineering force of 50 highly qualified engineers. We build in conformity with the majority of international standards and provide the relevant documents. Rockfin has recently expanded the fabrication to 6000m2 and mutually increased the crane capacity to 140 t which allows us to assemble even heavy skids. Beside auxiliary skids production we are developing Rockfin own products. Our intension is to create a series of devices which we are able to use in auxiliary systems manufactured by Rockfin.We have created Research & Development department, which is engaged to the design, execution and prototypes testing. We develop detailed documentation for most of the skids manufactured by Rockfin. Last year we introduced new engineering tools to support us with the optimization of our designing to achieve the best ratio between our skids’ performance and the cost of production. We also design the test benches for testing our skids. The biggest skids tested in Rockfin had a flow capacity up to 12000 lpm and we used 60 t of oil and 2MW electric power for this purpose.

The development of our company is closely connected with the necessity of constant changes resulting mainly from the introduction of new technologies and adaptation to customer expectations.
