Average price per square foot sales has hovered around $126 PSF city wide, but within less than 3/4 of a mile

from the subdivision, 32 home sales were reviewed for sales price, and price per square foot: Average Size: 1,281 SF Average PPSF: $133 PSF According to several successful local residential agents, homes in this area have sold as fast as in one day, to

thirty days, and for the asking price. There is a consensus among all residential agents that the inventory of residential homes is at a all time low.
