Voted to make the following determination of mem- bership in the State Employees Retirement Association as it concerns the following specific classes of University staff members paid in full or part from Federal funds:

1. County Agricultural Agents 2. Home Demonstration Agents 3. County Club Agents 4. Civil Service Staff-Agricultural Extension Not later than December 16, 1947, each individual in the above

classes now in University service shall elect not more than one of the following options :

a. T o retain membership in the State Employees Retirement Association; to hold now or henceforth no membership in the Federal Retirement System.

b. To hold membership in the Federal Retirement System; to terminate membership in the State Employees Retirement Association and withdraw any deductions accumulated to date.

c. To hold membership in the Federal Retirement System; to make no further payments into the State Employees Retire- ment Association but, for those eligible to do so, to leave all deductions accumulated to date with the State Employees Retirement Association for the pur se of receiving a pro- portional deferred annuity or a d e g r e d annuity, from the State Employees Retirement Association.
