WarrantyThe factory obligation with respect to replacement
of alleged defective parts is fully covered by ourwarranty as follows:
"We warrant the automobiies manufactured by usto be free from defects in material and workmanshipunder normal use and service, our obligation underthis warranty being limited to making good any partor parts thereof which shall, within ninety (90) daysafter delivery of such automobile to the original pur-chaser, be returned to us with transportation chargesprepaid, and which our examination shall discloseto our satisfaction to have been thus defective.
"This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other war-ranties expressed or implied, and of all other obliga-tions or liabilities on our part, and we neither assumenor authorize any other person to assume for us anyother liability in connection with the sale of our auto-mobiles.
"This warranty shall not apply to any Essex auto-mobile which shall have been repaired or alteredoutside of our factory in any way so as, in our judg-ment, to affect its stability or reliability, or which hasbeen subject to misuse, negligence, or accident.
"We make no warranty whatsoever in respect totires, rims, ignition apparatus, tops, upholstery, hornsor other signaling devices, batteries, speedometers,or other trade accessories."
