Research at LSU includes new approaches to saving our rapidlydisappearing coastline; enhancing our nation’s energy supply whileidentifying newer, cleaner fuel sources; developing new strategiesfor K-12 classrooms and training teachers who are prepared totransform the face of education; and biomedical advances thatimprove treatments and outcomes for patients facing diseasesranging from cancer to diabetes or Alzheimer’s.

The work we do here has impact beyond our campus gates.Research matters, and your Tigers are involved in projects that willmake a difference in the lives of others.

Bursar Operations: Please encourage your student to select Direct Deposit as their preferredmethod to receive credit balance refunds by going to myLSU > Financial Services > DirectDeposit where they can enter a bank routing number and account number. It may be helpfulto know that through myProxy parents (and other interested third parties) can request accessto a student’s online Fee Bill as well as other records here. Parents will be prompted to createa communityLSU id which will then allow them to request access from their student.
