SOO: The eighth Bahá’í month is

Kamál or Perfection. The way I see

it, we can try to be perfect but only

God is really perfect. We get better

at things every time we try. My mom

always says, “Practice Makes

Perfect!”

OLINGA: I get it. 'Abdu'l-Bahá

says, “kam kam ruz bay ruz” That

means “Little By Little. Day By Day.”

actions and good deeds and

Tree of BeingHand Print Craft!

You Will Need• paper plates• paper of various colors• scissors• glue• something to write and color with• optional: leaves from outside

What to do1. Choose a paper color for your tree trunk.2. Place your hand and forearm flat on the tree trunk paper.3. Have a friend trace your hand and your arm all the way to the bottom edge

of the paper.4. Cut out hand print tree trunk.5. Glue hand print tree trunk on to paper plate.6. Using different colors of paper, cut out many leaf shapes and fruit shapes.7. Write attributes of perfection on your fruit shapes.8. Glue leaves and fruit to your tree branches. Now you have a perfect tree!

You Will Need• big straight pretzels• little straight pretzels• large candy pearls• grapes, Raspberries or other fruits• optional: mini-pepperoni circles, broccoli, and veggie dip!

What to do1. Cut grapes in half and other fruit so
