Just a reminder for our parishioners to remain at their seats and the ushers will direct you for

communion and exiting the church after mass. Also be mindful of the directional arrows on the floor as

this will assist with the flow of traffic.

Mass for Deceased Clergy and religious Annual Mass for deceased clergy, and consecrated men and women will be held at Sacred Heart Cathedral on Tuesday November 3 at 11am. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, every parish will also offer this mass at the parish. Remember kindly in your prayers during the month of November those who have laboured for the Church in Kamloops and pray that the Lord will send more dedicated men and women to continue their work in his vineyard of the Kamloops Diocese. Kamloops Pro-Life is holding a First Friday Vigil on November 6th. The location is between 4th and 5th Aves. near the First Baptist Church. Please note time change....10 a.m. start....until 11. This is a silent, prayerful event with signs available. A minimum of 6 feet distancing is requested; thank-you in advance for your cooperation. Hope to see you there. Sunday Collection As a number of questions have been asked concerning how to give Sunday Offerings at this time, the following may assist: Though the attendance of the Faithful at Masses is temporary postponed, it is due the financial generosity of parishioners that we continue to operate as a Church. For those of you who currently using the Pre-Authorized Debit Program, thank you! For those of you who are not using it, please consider this way making your donation. If you want more information on the Pre-Authorized Debit Program contact the parish office and Erin will be happy to help you get setup. In addition, there are also other ways to donate. We are happy to accept a cheque placed in the mail box by the Church office or by regular mail. If you attend private prayer/adoration at the Church, when available, you can place your contribution into the basket at the front of the Altar. You may also give a donation by making an appointment. If you have Sunday envelops, please use them to offer your donation. In summary again the ways to donate:

Email the parish office at [email protected] Watch for Fraudsters Using COVID-19 in Malicious Emails and Websites If there’s one thing that’s certain during a pandemic, it’s that cybercriminals will use it for their own gain. Organizations including the government are seeing a significant increase in malicious emails designed to trick people into clicking on malicious links and attachments or providing sensitive information like credit card numbers and passwords. The malicious email may appear to come from a legitimate organization like the “Public Health Agency” or the “Centre for Disease Control” with a subject line of “Confidential Cure for Coronavirus” or “Coronavirus Safety Measures”. exercise extreme caution when receiving these emails. Do not open any email that appears suspicious or asks you to click on a link or open an attachment (e.g. MS Word or PDF) if you don’t know that it came from the government. These links and attachments contain malware and are a threat to government networks, systems, and data.

As the Churches in our Diocese gradually reopen, in a limited way, the need for online mass will become less.
