de7laration o= =ail<re o= ele7tion in =orty-nine D"E pre7in7ts ?here less than a

I<arter o= the ele7torate ?ere able to 7ast their otes. e also prayed =or the

iss<an7e o= a te>porary restraining order to enFoin priate respondent =ro>

ass<>ing oK7e.
