What is Monex Summit?

Monex Summit is an annual event helding in Europe, CIS and Asia regions, and involves nan-

cial industry from all around the world. This market-leading event brings together the global

payments community, largest banks and nancial institutions, Fintech companies, staups

and investors for two days of best practice sharing across multiple roles and industries. Our

ultimate goal is to assess the current innovation environment and provide key practical tools

to enable nancial institutions to cra the most eective strategies. We believe that things

have come along way since and we continue to bring the most up to date information direct-

lyly from the people making it happen.

Why Azerbaijan?

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree endorsing "Strategic Road Map for the development of nancial services in the Republic of Azerbaijan". According to the long-term vision of the map, The resolution improves regulative and legislative infrastructure; seing new targets for the development of the nancial system by 2025. Within this period, it is en-visaged to build a nancial system with healthy banks, well-functioning nancial markets, sound risk management practices in compliance with Basel III requirements, more e cient and digitalized processes and a higherquality workforce. Pa of the improvement is to con-nnect all actors of the nancial system; domestice and foreign. Monex Summit Caspian aims to build these connections by building communication bridges through professional networking.
