Greetings Diggs Family Members:
We hope that this letter finds you and your family doing well.
Well it's time to commit and start putting aside funds for our 16th Diggs Family Reunion to be held here in Los Angeles, California.
Our theme is: "Strength of Family Love"
Enclosed is the 2015 Reunion Package. We are getting this out extra early so that you can start saving for it. Please review the information carefully and adhere to the important deadline dates.
The Reunion Package consists of the following:
1. Fact Sheet of Hotel & Reunion Activities (double-sided sheet).
2. Registration Form - Please make copies as needed.
3. Souvenir Journal Form (double-sided sheet) Please make copies as needed. We encourage you to advertise your businesses for those of you who are in business so the family will know what you do and can patronize and/or refer your product and/or services. We also suggest partnering with each other for larger ads. - We must have this fonn back no later than October 1, 2014
4. Diggs Video Form - We must have this form back no later than March 1,2015
5. Diggs Oscar Awards Nominees List. We are planning something fun to honor your accomplishments - We must have this fonn back no later than April 1, 2015 (doublesided sheet)
6. Family Information Sheet. Please make copies as needed. Please fill out whether you are attending the reunion or not even if we have your correct information. - We must have this form back no later than April 30. 2015
7. Memoriam Sheet List - We must have this form back no later than May 1, 2015
Our host hotel is the Ayers Hotel of Southern California. Your room rate is $149.00 plus12.065 room tax. A fact sheet of the hotel is included for your review. To obtain our excellent group rate you must call (800) 675-3550 and give the group code DIGG15. Our hotel reservation deadline is May 31,2015. I would suggest that you make your reservations right away. Check the fact sheet for additional information. Also note the room rate is available a couple days before and after our actual reunion dates if you are planning on making this an extended vacation.

Due to the cost of goods and services here in the Sunshine State, there is an increase in Reunion fees. This was also mentioned at our meeting in Tampa. The new fees are as follows:
Early Bird Registration (post marked by July 31,2014) Adult (13 and older) - $125.00
Children (4-12years of age) - $60,00 Children (3 and under at time of reunion- Free)
Regular Registration (post marked August 1J 2014 to April 30, 2015) Adult (13 and older) - $150.00
Children (4-12 years of age) - $75.00 . Children (3 and under at time of reunion- Free)
Late &On-site Registration (postmarked May'1, 2015 and beyond) Adult (13 and older) - $175.00
