Military Program Execution §  The Wilmington District executes the US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) MILCON and SRM program at Ft Bragg, North Carolina.

§  USSOCOM has its own budgetary authorities and responsibilities through a specific Major Force Program (MFP-11) in DOD’s budget. §  The SOCOM Customer at Ft Bragg includes the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), and a recent project for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).

§  The entire SOCOM program at Ft. Bragg is estimated at $548M during FY15-FY20.

§ The Wilmington District also executes the MILCON, SRM, Environmental mission, and maintenance dredging programs for Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU).
