Chromium Carbide plates fitted to Both walls in and outside and also the floor.
Build up adaptor stations to fit template

Cut out worn section of side wall on both sides and replace with new plate 25mm, weldox 400 or A514 plate.
Refer to Ray for exact position of cut.
REPLACEMENT REAR SIDE WALL SECTIONS FITTED AND WELDED TO PROCEDURE.

All bars removed and replaced with chromium Carbide after all cracks repaired
Replace complete impact bar across back of Jaw
Cracks repaired , new chromium carbide fitted and new impact block
New Chromium Carbide floor
New corner blocks, new wear package on outside walls

Major cracks continually developing from the man hole.

Complete removal of stressed section and fully weld in position.

Fully welded and back gouged from inside and fully welded both sides. Full pre heat and quality welds with stress relieving peening.
FINISHED REPAIR TO MANHOLE AND FULL REPAIRS TO ALL PADS.

POOR QUALITY WELDING ON BLOCKS ON BOOM, THAT HAVE LED TO CRACKS.
COMPLETE REPAIR OF CRACKS AND REWELDING OF PADS TO CORRECT STANDARD FOLLOWING ALL WELD PROCEDURES.
