SUNDAY EVENING FOCUS GROUPS:
April 10, 2016 at 6:30PM, we start the spring session of Focus Groups, small groups based on various subjects.
FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY – 9 sessions. This course will teach you how to strengthen your personal financial skills, including how to get out of debt. Two of the nine sessions will be on different nights. Dates: Sundays, April 10, 17, 24, May 1; Monday, May 9; Sunday, May 15, 22; Tuesday, May 31, Sunday, June 5. Materials cost $93 per single/couple. There are scholarships available. Facilitators are Steve Wood and John James. Location: Lounge.
TRUE SPIRITUALITY – 6 sessions via DVD with discussion. For many Christians, the abundant life that we hear about on Sunday doesn’t line up with our experience Monday through Saturday. This powerful study, based on Romans 12:9-21, removes the clutter and presents a clear, compelling, Biblical picture of a fully functioning follower of Jesus Christ. This spring, six sessions will be presented Sunday evenings, April 10, 17, 22, May 1, 15, 22. The other six sessions in the series will be taught at another time that is yet to be determined. The study guide costs $10 but is not required. Facilitators: Pastor Jeff and Pastor Dave. Location: Founders Room.
Reminder: Choir practice resumes next Sunday from 5 – 6:15PM. Choir practice will take priority over other Sunday evening meetings.

MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE
Today we are celebrating Easter a little different than we have other
years at Faith Baptist. Consider this question: What difference does it
make that Jesus arose from the dead 2000 years ago? This morning,
Redemptive Stories will be spread throughout the worship service.
These personal accounts will bring to life how the incredible facts of
Jesus’ resurrection have changed people’s lives. Do you have a
redemptive story you could share?
We will not have Jr. Church-Faith Kids for children in K-6th grade today.
We want our children to hear the testimonies that will be shared in this
morning service. Jr. Church-Faith Kids will resume next Sunday,
April 3.
THIS EVENING
There will be no activities on campus tonight. Next Sunday night, April
3, will be a Focus Night.
