Established in 2014, PT. Teknokrat Mitra Data is an IT solutions company which mainbusiness caters the needs of data center spare parts. We focus mainly in the end-of-lifeparts and data center equipment.

Our products range from different international brands including HP, IBM, DELL, NetApp,EMC and Cisco. The variety includes server parts (processors, DDR memory, harddrives, RAID controllers, redundant power supplies, battery caches) and Cisco products(refurbished switches).

We also provide services such as server rentals (for POC purpose), network assessmentand design, all the way to company IT blueprint design service.

At Teknokrat, a refurbished solution is offered on a variety of server products. They areproducts that have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons and thenput through a rigorous re-manufacturing process.

Where do refurbished products come from?Our refurbished business products can originate from a variety of sources, including:• Customer returns and cancelled orders• Principal certified recondition products• Overstocks• Demo units
