OBJECTIVE

To redefine success in marriage as a function of

“choice” and not by “chance.”

INTRODUCTIONThe inability to actually ask the right

questions is fundamentally the primary reason for the increase in divorce statistics

all around the globe. Asking the right questions signifies that you are sincere.

INTRODUCTION

Asking the right questions helps you to be strategic about your approach,

develop capacity, become innovative, and enables you to become responsible.

QUESTIONS

1. Is he/she in God’s plan for my destiny as a wife/husband; am I not being emotional or reactive

about my choice? Acts 13:22 & 36.

QUESTIONS

2. When the going gets tough with floods & storms beating, would I really have

anything to hold on to as an assurance in God? Matt.7:24-28, Gen.16:1.

QUESTIONS3. Would I be willing to give my

spouse the primary priority before anyone or anything?

4. What is the concept of my dream home? What type of home do I intend to build? 1Pet.3:5-6.

QUESTIONS5. Do I really know him? Never you marry a stranger or a nice “guy.” When purpose is not known abuse is inevitable.

6. Would I be willing to love/submit to him/her

unconditionally? 1Cor.13:1-10.

7. Would I be willing to accept the responsibility of making

the marriage work? 1Pet.3:1-4.

8. Can I tolerate his present weaknesses and excesses in marriage?

9. Would I be willing to handle conflicts with him/her healthily

that would give birth to intimacy?

interests, principles, concepts, ideologies and values about relationship and marriage?

adequate to carry me through? How many books have read about

marriage?

12. Are there unresolved or undisclosed issues that may stand as a limitation?

13. What is actually my motivation for saying ‘yes’ at such a time?

14. Can I really trust he/she would be doing the right thing

always under any circumstance?

15. Are my ready to accept his/her family and render

adequate support when required?
