My Primary Role is to Manage all the Testing Projects under the UK & Australia

divisions for one of our Major Global Health Insurance Client.

This includes a Unique Automation Framework built on Microsoft Technologies & also

ERP Testing Projects (Manual/Automation) with combination of legacy & latest

Technologies.

Brought back to life the Automation Test Framework (ATF) from a near

scrapped project to a major success by Technical & Management skills. Also, in

the process created Business Value Add by reducing the Manual Regression

Team by 80%.

The ATF project is unique with a 3 layer testing approach- UI Layer, Web services

Layer & DB Layer. UI Layer automated via CodedUI/Selenium with C#. Web services

are tested not as single entities (as happens in SOAPUI), but tested as a complete

test case transaction. Data comes in random from DB – hence it’s completely

tested on Dynamic Data.

Automated for COBOL/Unix based applications via DARTS Framework built

over QTP & also ATF built over CodedUI

Travelled to US/Bangalore to represent Datamatics @ various Testing conferences.

Developed POC (Proof of Concept)/Prototypes for the perspective clients & got

business.
