diesel engine.The offered Caterpillar model 140K motor

grader is current standard model in

production, which will be manufactured on

placement of order. This model (140K) is built

on the strong heritage of the H version of

Caterpillar motor graders. The H series has

been in successful use for many years all over

the world including Ethiopia and have proven

performance. The current 140K continuesthis tradition and delivers multiple

breakthroughs.

3. Manufacturers Requirement & bidders

engineering & manufacturing practices

2.Engine

2.1 General

o The diesel engine shall perform smoothly

and efficiently under all conditions of

the rated horsepower when operating on

commercial diesel fuel with sulfur
