information to the public and media. The Works Package
Contractor shall not disclose any information regarding

the safety helmets including any logos, colouring and
nameplates as may be designated by the Owner. The Works
Package Contractor shall make safety helmets available to the
Owner upon completion of the ceremonies as souvenirs for
the VIPs and guests.

by the Works Package Contractor and the Owner depending on
the sensitivity and degree of completion.
There were some problems surveying
the buildings under construction within
the extent of influence eg. Sunway
Velocity (under construction) where
Dilap Survey could not be carried out
because under construction but remain
listed as an item for Dilap completion.

stated in the Specifications which shall be suitable for the
conditions anticipated.
