LSY is pleased to offer this cost proposal for the above referenced project. Our cost proposal is

based on my understanding of services from your latest email on 2/18/14 at approximately 3:50PM. LSY proposes to attend one town council meeting in Lovettsville, VA to present the threeoriginal exterior and massing options (Options 1, 2, 3); as well as two new exterior conceptualoptions (Options 1a & 2a).

1. Option 1a LSY will add representational alpine or wooden detailing to the facades,similar to the images provided by K. Markel.

2. Option 2a LSY will revise the colors to be more reminiscent of the existing communitycenter.

LSY will prepare the new options and present all 5 options, via powerpoint with correspondinghandouts for 20 people in 11 x17 page format. The firm fixed price of this work will be $ 2,448.

A detailed back up worksheet is attached and provides labor cost breakdowns.

We are happy to facilitate this presentation and thus the project. I look forward to reviewing thenew options with you prior to the meeting, as well as discussing the agenda and format, onceyou have reviewed the proposal.
