Introduction :This is Mr. Vijay Parekh who is my contributor.He is a civil engineer by profession and has work experience of about 25 years.

Who is a contributor…???

A person who contributes to the society for it’s welfare is known as a contributor.

A contributor can be a person who shows concern for others as well as believes in developing his/her identity.

Now let me tell you few qualities of him which makes him a contributor for me or you can take it in this way also that let me tell you qualities which a contributor should have.

Job for him…..He takes his job for a vision i.e. he thinks that job should be done by some pre-preparations and one should focus on their goals and try to achieve it.

About challenges :

He thinks that avoiding the problems or running off from the problems is not the solution.

Instead of that we should try to find out the reason to the problem , take that problem as a challenge and try to solve it.

He likes to accept challenges and tries to solve if he faces it.

Job satisfaction :He thinks that if the person is satisfied internally s/he will automatically be rewarded by other means and then will also achieve external satisfaction.

Thus internal satisfaction is dependent on external satisfaction according to him.

Reward & opportunities : He thinks that if we catches up any opportunity it

will result into a reward.

About juniors & seniors :If he finds any mistake done by any of his junior ,

firstly , he tries to find their point of view and if they are wrong then he tries to explain them.

He tries to convince his seniors for positive approach and tries to develop a positive mindset.

Contribution to organization or society:As a responsible citizen , he feels that to contribute to organization or society is very important task.

His response to failure :He believes that if one fails , s/he should work again and again to get success.

He believes that hard work leads to success and therefore one must believe in self more rather than believing in luck.

Moment of pride for him :Once the situation of earthquake arose at one of the village near Bhavnagar.

He and his team , they made somewhat about 250 houses in 30 days for poor people.

At that moment , he felt proud and thought that his degree helped others more than him.

Long term & short term vision :He believes in cleanliness and therefore he gives priority to the Abhiyan started by Modi `The Swatch Bharat Abhiyan ’ and achieving it with the support of others is his short term mission.

Bringing peace, cleanliness and happiness in society is his long term mission.

Message to youths :Try to create virtual vision and try maximum to convert it into reality……

Conclusion :For me he is a contributor, but no one can be perfect contributor so he is on the way of being a contributor.
