As security for due repayment of the loan, the following assets have been mortgaged to Indian Overseas Bank by the respective parties as below. *payable with further interest at contractual rates/rests as agreed from the date mentioned above till date of payment. 4. applicant under section 11 under the Maharashtra Ownership Flats(Regulation of the Promotion of Construction, Sale, Managementand Transfer) Act, 1963 and under the applicable Rules against theOpponents above mentioned.
