The Living Lab An opportunity to liaise with our customer Pleasing your customer should not be done by releasing new services “in bulk”. A Living Lab gives us the opportunity to have a dialogue with our customer, sense their needs, fulfil their expectations.

Customer centricity Taking you along

Living Lab opens a pre product launch dialogue with our customer. Not only the success factor of a specific service could be validated, our customer is seen as a part of our network, as main key player.
