BUSINESS CASE

MPC Board of Management (BOM) instructed MPC WPT to increase revenue from RM550 thousand to RM700 thousand. Looking at this scenario, MPC WPT comes out with new strategies to ensure the target set by the top management is fulfilled.

The SUCCESS of this project will become a new benchmark by other departments and other regional offices.

OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT i. To generate more income / revenue to MPC WPT

ii. To introduce innovative core activities offered to customers

iii. To improve internal process through QE programs, IT solutions and Business Information Centre.

iv. To increase outreach through innovative core activities

GOAL STATEMENT

To hit RM700 thousand in revenue through: i. Introduce Innovative Core Activities ii. Improve Internal Process iii. Increase Outreach

PROJECT SCOPE

This project will cover 3 MPC WPT offices in Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu. The products/services will be based on MPC WPT core activities.
