I joined the Mets in December and am excited to lead our Ticket Sales & ServicesDepartment with service being the operative word. Our singular mission is to provide youwith unprecedented service and value.

TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM – As a Season Ticket Holder, if you areunable to attend a specific game, you have the ability to exchange yourtickets (maximumof three gamespermonth) to any future gameof your choice,subject to availability. PRIMARY PARKING LOTS

Official Lot Preferred Parking (G Lot) – Located on the south side of Citi Field.Delta Club Platinum, Delta Club Gold, Metropolitan Box Platinum and FieldBox Platinum seating categories.

VIP Preferred Parking (B Lot) – Located on the west side of Citi Field.Delta Club Silver and Metropolitan Box Gold seating categories.

Preferred Parking (C, D & F Lots ) – Located on the west side of Citi Field.All seating categories.

General Parking (A and E Lots)A Lot - Located on the north side of Citi Field.E Lot - Located on the west side of Citi Field.

PREFERRED PARKING PASSES - The option to purchase preferred parkingpasses for all 81 New York Mets home games is available exclusively to Season Ticket Holders. To add preferred parking to your account, SeasonTicket Holders should contact their Season Ticket Account Services Executive for more information. There are designated preferred parking areaswithin the main Citi Field parking lot, but preferred parking passes will be honored in any Citi Field or remote parking lot. Guests holding preferred parking passes may enter through any gate except Gate 1. Please present yourparking hangtag to the attendant upon entering the parking lot, and displayyour parking hangtag in a prominent location or attach it to your rearviewmirror when parking.

HOURS OF OPERATION - All parking lots will open no less than three (3)hours prior to the scheduled beginning of games/events at Citi Field. The only exception to these hours is the Commuter Lot, which opens at 3:00 A.M. on weekdays.

RAINOUT/POSTPONEMENT - In the event of an MLB official rainout or post-poned game, Mets fans will be able to use their receipt for parking in the eventthe game is cancelled or postponed. The receipt will be honored only for thenew date on which the game is replayed. No cash refunds are available for theinitial parking entry.

GAME/EVENT PARKING RATES - Any vehicle entering Citi Field's primaryparking lots when they are open for a baseball game will be charged the gameparking fee of $19. Any vehicle entering when these lots are open for a special event will be charged the special event parking fee.

HANDICAPPED PARKING - Citi Field's parking lots include more than 350parking spaces designated exclusively for our guests with disabilities. Thesespaces are located in lots A, B, F and G, and are available to any guest displaying a valid handicapped parking pass and possessing either a Citi Fieldpreferred parking pass or a daily parking receipt for that day's event.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - For information on getting to Citi Field by public transportation, please visit Mets.com.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM), PROVIDED BY CITI, ARE LOCATED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

CAMERA/VIDEO EQUIPMENT - Small film or digital cameras for personal useare permitted in Citi Field. Commercial grade audio, video and photographicequipment is not permitted in Citi Field.

SEASON TICKET HOLDER CITI FIELD TOURS - Take a guided tour of CitiField. Highlights of the tour include: Clubhouse, Field and Dugout, Production Area, Press Box, Suite levels, and the Mets Hall of Fame & Museum. Please call 718-507-TIXX to reserve your complimentary tourticket(s); one person per seat in your account. Additional tickets for familyand friends - when accompanying Season Ticket Holders - may also be purchased over the phone. Tickets are subject to availability.

CODE OF CONDUCT• Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.

• Intervention with an impaired or intoxicated guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.

• Obscene or indecent clothing will not be permitted.• Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.

• Guests will refr ain from conduct not appropriate in a public, family setting.• The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons on the playing field.

DESIGNATED DRIVER PLEDGE BOOTHS - The Designated Driver program isdesigned to encourage guests of legal drinking age to make responsible choicesregarding drinking and driving. In exchange for pledging to abstain from alcohol, guests will receive a coupon redeemable for a free 16oz. fountain sodaat any concession stand. Booths are located at sections 119, 310 and 419, andare open from the time the first gate opens until the end of the 2nd inning.

FANFEST - Located on the Field Level in center field, 2KSports FanFest offersfun for the whole family. With Mr. Met's Kiddie Field, a scale replica of CitiField, at its center, 2KSports FanFest features two batting cages, a speedpitch/dunk tank, video game kiosks, a live DJ and more! Mr. Met has also beenknown to make pre-game appearances. Weather permitting, 2KSports FanFest is scheduled to operate for every Mets home game from the time thefirst gate opens through the mid-7th inning break.

FIRST AID - The First Aid room is located on the Field Level across from theChampions Club 3B entrance.

HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM - Located adjacent to the Jackie Robinson Rotunda on the first base side, this 3,700 square foot space features artifacts from special Mets moments, interactive kiosks that allow fans toscroll through memory lane, and highlight videos celebrating the Mets biggestfeats. See the 1969 and 1986 World Series trophies, and plaques for eachmember of the Mets Hall of Fame.

HOURS/ACCESS: Open for all home games at Citi Field when the gates openand remains open until the end of the game. All fans with a ticket to the gamehave access to the Mets Hall of Fame & Museum.

LOST AND FOUND - The Citi Field Lost and Found Office is located in the JackieRobinson Rotunda next to the Ticket Office lobby. On non-game days guestscan contact the office at 718-559-3178. On game days, the office is open fromthe time gates open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

METROPOLITAN HOSPITALITY - Citi Field, New York's world-class event andhospitality destination, features superb cuisine, five-star service and state-of-the-art event space for every occasion. Metropolitan Hospitality has a team ofprofessionals dedicated to producing your event on a NON-GAME day.

RAINOUT POLICY – As a Season Ticket Holder, rain checks may be redeemedfor their face value on a Rain Check Card at Citi Field ticket windows or by mailto the Mets Ticket Office. The Rain Check Card is then redeemable at CitiField ticket windows for the purchase of tickets to Mets regular season homegames, subject to availability, or for merchandise or concessions at Citi Field.Rain Check Cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment toany account.

SECURITY POLICIES - In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our Season Ticket Holders and guests, the following security procedures are inplace for this season:• It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots. Anyone doing so will be subject to summons or arrest. This law is enforced by the NYPD.• Glass bottles, all metal cans and containers, and hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field. Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory sealed water bottle of 20oz. or less, and one sealed juice box for children.

• Alcoholic beverages; controlled or illegal substances; laser pointers; noisemaking devices; fireworks; animals (except for assistance purposes); weapons and any item of similar nature may not be brought into Citi Field.

• Intoxicated or disorderly fans will not be admitted into Citi Field.• Disorderly fans inside Citi Field are subject to ejection and possibly arrest.• Fans using foul or abusive language are subject to ejection.• Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, are subject to arrest.

• Fans are not permitted to enter or remain in Citi Field wearing verbally provocative or inflammatory clothing.

• All bags and hand-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no larger than 16 in. x 16 in. x 8 in. There are no bag check facilities at Citi Field.• The Mets reserve the right to inspect all vehicles, items and fans entering Citi Field grounds to determine which items are appropriate for admission. This inspection may include the use of hand-held metal detectors and hand searches of individuals and carried items.

• Tickets may not be resold at any price within 1,500 feet from Citi Field under penalty of law.

SMOKING - Smoking within Citi Field is prohibited, except for three designated smoking areas located at:• Plaza Level - Left Field Gate• Field Level - Center field staircase landing across from the back of the CitiVision video board

• Promenade Level - The top of the ramp across from section 527Any ticket holder smoking in any location other than the three specified aboveis subject to ejection without further warning.
