EEP Open House

Dear SMP Families,

I am ecstatic that the bitter cold weather may have finally moved on. The days and days of indoor recesses have certainly taken their toll on not only our students, but staff as well. Everyone made it through and we now can look forward to more warm days.

March not only brings more sunshine, but gives us a chance to reflect on Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for us. As we approach Easter season, we prepare for the most important time in our Liturgical Calendar. In our religion classes we will teach our students’ the importance of the season. I know in my family, we take time out of our busy schedules to thank God for giving us his only son and the sacrifice he made. My hope is that as a family unit, you all can take some time to similarly pause and reflect.

We have a very busy month ahead of us, please take a look at the calendar for all upcoming events. And as always, my office is always open. If we haven’t had a chance to meet, please come see me and say ‘hello!’

Did you know? When we fundraise for our Giving Cupboard, it goes towards our very own SMP families in need. We appreciate all those who have been able to participate!

•Mrs. Stoll will be looking for volunteers for the spring book fair. If you are able to help out, watch for signup opportunities on our facebook page.

•Family tubing day @ Vista Ridge will be held Friday, March 15 & Saturday, March16! Info on our facebook page.

•Permission forms for alien-in-line will be sent out soon. It will be taking place March 18th – 22nd for grades K – 6.

•The Raising Dollars and Saints Fundraising Committee is holding a silent auction this month. More details to come.
